7.2 Upon expiration of the applicable retention period, phskay will securely delete or anonymize personal data using industry-standard data destruction methods, unless continued retention is required by a specific legal obligation or ongoing regulatory investigation.
8.1 phskay implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, destruction, or accidental loss. These measures include:

In the event of a personal data breach that poses a real risk of serious harm to affected data subjects, phskay will notify the National Privacy Commission within 72 hours of discovery, and will notify affected players without undue delay, in accordance with the DPA and NPC Circular 16-03.
8.3 While phskay employs industry-standard security measures, no system connected to the internet can be guaranteed as completely secure. You are also responsible for maintaining the security of your phskay account credentials. phskay recommends enabling two-factor authentication (SMS OTP) for all phskay accounts.
9.1 phskay uses cookies and similar tracking technologies (including session tokens, local storage, and server-side logging) to operate and improve the Platform. The following categories of cookies are used:
9.2 Most web browsers allow you to control cookies through browser settings. Note that disabling strictly necessary cookies will prevent full access to phskay's Platform features.
9.3 phskay does not use third-party advertising network cookies that track your behavior across unrelated websites.
10.1 Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 and its IRR, you have the following rights with respect to your personal data held by phskay:
10.2 To exercise any of the above rights, please contact phskay's Data Privacy Officer using the contact details in Section 13. phskay will respond to verifiable requests within thirty (30) days of receipt. We may ask you to verify your identity before processing your request.
10.3 Certain rights may be limited or subject to exceptions where phskay is required to retain or process data by law — particularly in relation to AMLA compliance, PAGCOR regulatory reporting, and fraud investigation records.
11.1 phskay implements age verification during the registration process and requires documentary confirmation of age during KYC verification. Any phskay account found to have been registered by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and all associated funds will be handled in accordance with phskay's Terms & Conditions.
11.2 If phskay becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, phskay will promptly delete that data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act and notify the relevant regulatory bodies as required.
11.3 If you believe that phskay may have inadvertently collected personal data from a person under 21, please contact phskay's Data Privacy Officer immediately at the details provided in Section 13.
12.1 phskay may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in Philippine law, NPC issuances, PAGCOR regulatory requirements, our data processing practices, or our platform features.
12.2 Material changes to this Privacy Policy — particularly those affecting your rights or the way phskay processes your personal data — will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file or through a prominent in-platform notice. The updated policy will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
12.3 Your continued use of the phskay Platform following the effective date of a revised Privacy Policy constitutes your acknowledgment of the changes. If you do not agree with the revised policy, you may close your phskay account by contacting the Data Privacy Officer or customer support.

13.2 When contacting phskay's DPO regarding a data subject rights request, please include your full name as registered on your phskay account, your registered mobile number or email address, a description of your request or concern, and any relevant reference numbers (e.g., transaction IDs or account identifiers). phskay may ask for additional verification to protect against unauthorized access to your account data.
13.3 If you are not satisfied with phskay's response to a privacy concern, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines (NPC). The NPC is the independent regulatory body responsible for enforcing the Data Privacy Act and can be reached through the NPC's official government channels.
13.4 This Privacy Policy, together with phskay's Terms & Conditions and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitutes the complete framework governing phskay's relationship with registered players. In the event of any conflict between this Privacy Policy and the Terms & Conditions on a privacy-related matter, this Privacy Policy shall prevail.
