These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the phskay platform, including all games, services, promotions, and account features. By registering or using phskay, you agree to be bound by these terms in full. Please read them carefully before playing.

You must be at least 21 years of age to register or use phskay. This is a non-negotiable requirement under PAGCOR's licensing framework and Philippine gaming law. phskay verifies age during registration and before processing first withdrawals.
Each individual may hold only one phskay account. Creating duplicate accounts is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any pending balances or bonuses.
All phskay bonuses are subject to wagering requirements specified at the time of offer. Bonuses may not be withdrawn as cash until the stated wagering threshold is met. phskay reserves the right to void bonuses obtained through fraudulent or abusive means.
All withdrawal requests require a verified phskay account. Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before phskay processes any withdrawal. Funds can only be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible.

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
2.1 By accessing the phskay Platform, completing the registration process, making a deposit, participating in any game or promotion, or otherwise using any feature of the Platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

2.4 The most current version of these Terms & Conditions, bearing the "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page, supersedes all prior versions. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

3.2 You represent and warrant that all information provided during registration is truthful, accurate, and not misleading. phskay may, at its sole discretion and at any time, require you to provide documentary proof of identity, age, address, or source of funds. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable time may result in account restriction or closure.
3.3 phskay reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without obligation to provide a reason.
3.4 Registering a phskay account on behalf of another person, or permitting another person to use your phskay account, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
4.1 One Account Policy. Each individual may maintain only one (1) registered phskay account. If phskay discovers that a User holds more than one account — whether directly or through related persons, shared devices, shared payment methods, or common IP addresses — phskay may, without notice, close all such accounts, void any pending withdrawals, and forfeit all bonus funds. Real-money deposits may be returned at phskay's discretion subject to KYC verification.
4.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phskay login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any other person. phskay will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
4.3 Suspicious Activity. phskay monitors accounts for suspicious activity including unusual login patterns, irregular betting behavior, and transaction anomalies. If suspicious activity is detected, phskay may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation. phskay will notify you at your registered contact details when an account is suspended in this manner.
4.4 Account Closure by User. You may request closure of your phskay account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method following standard KYC clearance. Bonus funds are forfeited upon account closure unless otherwise specified in the applicable promotion terms.
4.5 Dormant Accounts. An account is considered dormant if no login activity has occurred for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. phskay may apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts after providing thirty (30) days' written notice to the registered email address. Any remaining real-money balance after fee deductions will be returned to the User upon request.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. phskay accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following approved payment channels: GCash, Maya, QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and CLiQQ. phskay reserves the right to add, modify, or remove available payment methods at any time.
5.2 Deposit Limits. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the phskay deposit page. phskay may impose maximum deposit limits in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering requirements or responsible gaming commitments. Users may also set voluntary deposit limits through their account security settings.
5.3 Currency. All transactions on phskay are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). phskay does not accept foreign currency deposits or process withdrawals in any currency other than Philippine Peso.
5.4 Withdrawal Requirements. Prior to processing any withdrawal, phskay requires:

5.6 Anti-Money Laundering. phskay complies with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (Republic Act 9160), as amended, and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. phskay is required to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as mandated. Large cash equivalent transactions may be subject to enhanced due diligence procedures.
6.1 phskay offers various promotional bonuses to registered players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, which are published at the time the offer is made.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before the bonus or any winnings derived from it may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limit will be specified in the promotion-specific terms.
6.3 Bonus Eligibility. Bonuses are available only to players who have provided complete and verified personal information. phskay reserves the right to withhold or void bonuses where there is evidence of fraudulent registration, abusive bonus behavior, or breach of these Terms.
6.4 Abuse and Exploitation. phskay prohibits systematic exploitation of promotional offers through coordinated multi-account activity, professional bonus hunting, or any strategy designed to circumvent the intended purpose of a promotion. phskay may, in its sole discretion, void bonuses and associated winnings and restrict future promotional eligibility where such behavior is identified.
6.5 phskay reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion has already been accepted by a User, phskay will honor the terms stated at the time of acceptance to the extent reasonably practicable.
7.1 All games available on the phskay Platform are governed by the individual rules of each game as presented within the Platform. By participating in any game, you agree to those game-specific rules.
7.2 Random Number Generation. All phskay electronic games utilize certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and verified by accredited third-party testing laboratories. Game outcomes are statistically independent and cannot be predicted or manipulated.
7.3 Return-to-Player (RTP). Published RTP figures for all phskay games represent the theoretical long-term statistical return over a very large number of game rounds. Individual session results may vary significantly from published RTP figures. phskay does not guarantee any minimum return on any individual gaming session.
7.4 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, phskay's technical logs shall be the definitive record of game outcome. Where a malfunction prevents the correct determination of a game outcome, the affected stake will be refunded to the player. phskay's decision on malfunction outcomes is final.
7.5 Void Games. phskay reserves the right to void any game result where there is credible evidence of technical failure, manipulation, collusion, or cheating — regardless of the apparent outcome. Where a game is voided, the wagered stake will be returned to the player's account balance.
8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phskay Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension or permanent ban:
8.2 phskay cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement agencies and PAGCOR in the investigation and prosecution of prohibited conduct. Relevant records may be disclosed to authorities pursuant to applicable legal requirements.
9.1 phskay is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools to help players manage their gaming activity in a way that is consistent with their personal financial circumstances and wellbeing.
9.2 Self-Exclusion. Any phskay player may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and, once active, cannot be reversed before the exclusion period expires. During self-exclusion, phskay will take reasonable technical steps to prevent platform access and withhold promotional communications.
9.3 Deposit and Loss Limits. Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits and loss limits through their phskay account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a mandatory 72-hour cooling-off period before becoming effective.
9.4 Minor Protection. phskay strictly prohibits access by persons under 21 years of age. phskay employs age verification at registration and periodically during the account lifecycle. Adults who share devices with minors are responsible for ensuring their phskay account is not accessible to those minors.

10.1 All content on the phskay Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game content, software code, and user interface elements, is the exclusive property of phskay Digital Entertainment Corp. or its licensed third-party content providers. All rights are reserved.
10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not grant you any ownership interest in any Platform content.
10.3 You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, license, adapt, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of phskay. Unauthorized use of phskay's intellectual property may result in civil liability and/or criminal prosecution under applicable Philippine law.
11.1 The phskay Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. phskay makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's uninterrupted availability, freedom from error, or fitness for any particular purpose.
11.2 To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, phskay's total liability to any User for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 phskay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform — even if phskay has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
11.4 phskay shall not be liable for interruptions to service caused by events outside its reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, telecommunications failures, cyberattacks, or force majeure events.
12.1 phskay reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any phskay account — with or without prior notice — in the following circumstances:
12.2 Upon account termination for breach, phskay may withhold any balance pending investigation. Where an investigation concludes that funds represent legitimate deposits with no evidence of fraud, phskay will return verified deposits to the original payment method less any applicable administrative costs.
12.3 Bonus funds and winnings generated during a period of Terms violation are subject to forfeiture at phskay's discretion.
13.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13.2 phskay operates under a license issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). All gaming activities conducted on the phskay Platform are subject to PAGCOR's oversight, rules, and regulatory jurisdiction.
13.3 Any dispute arising between phskay and a User that cannot be resolved through phskay's internal dispute resolution process (see Section 14) shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Metro Manila, Philippines, except where PAGCOR's regulatory complaints process provides a more appropriate remedy.
13.4 Nothing in this section shall limit PAGCOR's authority to investigate and adjudicate regulatory complaints against phskay as a licensed operator.
14.1 Customer Support. phskay's customer support team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Players with questions, complaints, or concerns regarding their phskay account or any aspect of the Platform may contact phskay's support team at:
14.2 Complaint Process. If you have a complaint about phskay, please submit it in writing to the support email address above with full details of your concern. phskay will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and endeavor to provide a substantive response within seven (7) business days.
14.3 Escalation. If you are not satisfied with phskay's response to your complaint, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's Player Assistance and Compliance Monitoring Division in accordance with PAGCOR's published complaint procedures. phskay will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR-initiated investigation or mediation.
14.4 These Terms & Conditions, together with the phskay Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and phskay with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
